Okay, so that gave me an excuse to run the completely gratuitous picture of Ms. Simpson. So sue me.

Seems like they can’t make up their minds as to what they want to be, exactly.
The articles you cite are prone to be one ones listed under “Most Popular On Huffington Post.” I guess they’re going to continue pandering to the crowd as long as that’s the case. I’d previously associated the mix of sex and politics with right-wing media such as the New York Post and Fox News. It’s unfortunate to now see the same on a blog that’s supposedly progressive.
